About Me...

Proud to say that I have been homegrown in Henderson, KY! Growing up, I played softball, basketball, and loved to swim. Started working as a babysitter, then at 16 I started a "big girl" job at McDonald's.  When I wasn't working a cash register, then I was dressing up as the Hamburglar.  Yep, you heard me right!  Then, moved on to a few other jobs while attending Henderson's Community College to earn my Nursing Degree.  Worked as a Nurse for 5 years and then went on to teach Health Science in our high school.  That is how I eventually became a CTE principal.  During this time period, I married my husband, and became a mother of a beautiful little girl.  She is now 16 years old and is my one and only!
